Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g nuts, ground
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g chocolate, grated
  • 50 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 500 ml sweet cream
  • 8 tsp coffee (cappuccino)
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

For the cake base, mix the ingredients and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Cut off the top layer of the baked base and crumble it. Whip the cream with cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form, then fold in the cappuccino. Spread the topping on the base, sprinkle the crumbs over it, and dust with powdered sugar.
