Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g porcini mushrooms, fresh or 30-50 g dried
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 125 g cream
  • 200 g ham, cooked, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dried mushrooms should be soaked in warm water for 1-2 hours before cooking. Sauté the onions in hot oil until translucent. Then add the garlic, chopped mushrooms, cream, and ham. Let the cream reduce slightly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve. Delicious with pasta!
