Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 onions, diced
- 1 garlic clove(s), diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 can/n tuna, natural (154 g drained weight each)
- 0.38 liters of cream
- 1 jar capers, (35 g drained weight)
- 1 tbsp sauce thickener
- salt and pepper
- 1 lemon(s), untreated juice and zest
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Sauté the onion and garlic cubes in hot oil until translucent. Add the tuna with its liquid, cream, and drained capers, and bring to a boil. Thicken and season to taste. Serve with green tagliatelle and tomato salad.
