Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 can/n tuna, natural (154 g drained weight each)
  • 0.38 liters of cream
  • 1 jar capers, (35 g drained weight)
  • 1 tbsp sauce thickener
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated juice and zest

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté the onion and garlic cubes in hot oil until translucent. Add the tuna with its liquid, cream, and drained capers, and bring to a boil. Thicken and season to taste. Serve with green tagliatelle and tomato salad.
