Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 75 g peanut butter, soft
  • 2 vanilla pods, the pulp
  • 175 g cane sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pack of chocolate (chocolate drops, 75 g each)
  • 150 g peanuts, chopped, unsalted
  • 150 g almonds, chopped
  • 50 g hazelnuts (hazelnut brittle)
  • 100 g chocolate coating (whole milk)

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Beat the butter and peanut butter until fluffy. Add the vanilla seeds and sugar. Continue beating for about 5 minutes, until the sugar is dissolved. Beat in the egg. Mix and sift the flour and baking powder. Stir into the butter mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts. Using a teaspoon and a round cookie cutter (about 5 cm in diameter), place smooth, 1 cm-high mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving about 3 cm between each mound. Sprinkle with praline and press down lightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius on the middle rack for 12-14 minutes. Dip the cooled cookies slightly in melted chocolate coating.
