Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 400 g semi-sweet chocolate coating
  • 200 g palm fat
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 200 g speculatius (almond speculatius)

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 45 minutes

Finely chop the chocolate coating and carefully melt it with the coconut oil in a saucepan. Beat the eggs with the sugar and cinnamon until frothy, then stir into the slightly cooled chocolate mixture. Line a 25 cm loaf pan with cling film. Then alternate layers of cookies, spread the chocolate cream on top, and so on, finishing with the cookies. Chill for at least 4 hours, preferably in the refrigerator. Then turn out of the pan and remove the film.
