Cream Philadelphia cake with cherries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base (fruit base or sponge cake base)
  • 1 1/2 pkt. cream cheese (Philadelphia)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 1 jar cherry(s)
  • 1 pack of cake glaze, powder, red

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the Philadelphia with powdered sugar and a little milk until smooth and spread on the cake base. Whisk the cream, vanilla sugar, and cream stiffener and spread on the cream cheese. Drain the cherries well (reserving the juice) and press them into the cream. Prepare the red cake glaze according to the instructions with cherry juice and pour it on top, then spread it out until slightly cloudy. It should look nice and creamy.
