Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ onion(s)
  • 20 g butter
  • 20 g flour
  • 250 ml fish stock
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

delicious with fish or vegetables

Dice the onion and cook it in a saucepan with the butter until translucent. Then sprinkle the flour over it and sauté it lightly. Deglaze with the fish stock and stir well to avoid lumps. Now add the milk and bring to a boil briefly until it thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper and add the finely chopped parsley.
