Green ribbon pasta with tuna and ham sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle, green
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 can of tuna (in its own juice)
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • some sauce thickener, lighter
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • some fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with parsley…. simply delicious!

Heat a little fat in a pan. Finely chop the onion and sauté it. Remove the tuna from the can and drain the juices. Cut the cooked ham into small strips or squares (whichever you prefer). Add everything to the onions. Deglaze with a little water and mix with the sour cream. Chop, mash, and crush the capers and add them to the sauce. Season to taste with pepper and then thicken with the sauce thickener. Salt is not necessary. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Finally, finely chop the parsley and stir it into the sauce. Done.
