Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- marjoram
- Caraway powder
- oil
- 1 pack of sauce powder to taste
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely dice the onion and brown it in a little oil in a large pot. Add the ground beef and fry until crumbly. Pour in water, season with salt, pepper, caraway, and marjoram, and let the sauce simmer for a while. Add a little gravy powder to thicken it, bring back to a boil, and season to taste. Mashed potatoes go best with this sauce. My kids love this sauce, and it’s quick to make.
