Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely chopped
- 6 cm tomato paste, from the tube
- 3 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- salt and pepper
- Flour, for binding
- little oil
- n.e. spaghetti, cooked al dente
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Fry the finely chopped onion in a little oil until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry, then add the tomato paste and sweet paprika. Deglaze with a little water. Dust with flour, season as desired, and bring to a boil briefly. Serve with spaghetti cooked al dente.
