Burnt chocolate – chili – almonds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp, levelled cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g almonds, unpeeled

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Caution! Danger of addiction!

Combine the sugar with the cocoa powder, chili, vanilla sugar, and salt (to prevent cocoa lumps). Bring to a boil with the water in a non-stick pan, stirring constantly. Add the almonds and continue stirring at high heat until the water has evaporated. The ingredients will then become slightly crumbly. Transfer to a baking sheet to cool.
