Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 350 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 230 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 90 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

First melt the butter, then add the sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar, and stir until the sugar has melted slightly. Then add a little milk and stir until smooth. Now add the remaining milk and the oat milk. Once the mixture has boiled, turn the heat down a notch and stir for 40-45 minutes. It’s important to stir continuously to prevent the mixture from burning. After the specified time, pour the mixture into a dish lined with baking paper and leave to set in the refrigerator for a few hours. Then cut into pieces and enjoy. Tip: If you want a delicious spread, cook the mixture for 10-15 minutes less.
