Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g margarine
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 ml egg liqueur
  • 2 tbsp chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, combine the dry ingredients, then add the eggs, melted butter, and egg liqueur, and mix with a fork. Fill 9 baking molds and sprinkle with chocolate shavings, if desired. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
