Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g muesli
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 80 g cane sugar
  • 5 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 large egg(s)
  • 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Beat the egg with the oil and brown sugar until frothy. Stir in the yogurt. Combine the flour and baking powder and add them to the sugar and egg mixture along with the muesli. Add the cinnamon and a pinch of salt and knead everything into a smooth dough. Pour the dough into a 26-cm loaf pan and bake in the oven for about 60 minutes.
