Herb and cheese rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 75 g cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp herbs, Italian

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

for 8 rolls

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead with your hands until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let rest in a warm place until doubled in size. Roll the dough onto a floured surface and divide it into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball and let rest for 1 hour. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve lukewarm.
