Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cube of yeast
- 450 ml water, lukewarm
- 500 g flour (spelt or whole wheat flour)
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 50 g flaxseed
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar (fruit vinegar) or bread drink
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the yeast with the water. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased pan and place in a cold oven. Do not let the bread rise. Bake for 60 minutes at 200°C or 50 minutes at 170°C with a fan oven. Remove the bread from the pan and bake for an additional 10 minutes, if necessary. Seeds can be omitted or substituted (raisins, almonds, nuts). You can also use dried yeast.
