Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 375 g flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- ¼ liter of milk, lukewarm (important!)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 150 g yogurt or sour cream
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g muesli
- 3 tbsp sesame, sunflower seeds, chopped nuts or oat flakes

You can do this very well even with small children
Mix the flour with the dry yeast. Then add the lukewarm milk, honey, yogurt or sour cream, egg, and salt. Knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. Then knead the muesli mixture into the dough, divide it into 10-15 portions, and form rolls. Brush the rolls with water and sprinkle or press sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, chopped nuts, or oat flakes onto them. Place the rolls on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius or gas mark 2. Let the rolls rise for another 20 minutes, then bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
