Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g quark
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Caraway seeds
  • 100 g ham, finely chopped
  • Chives (chives, parsley, dill, lovage, cress), finely chopped
  • 1 egg(s), scrambled

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Sift flour with baking powder, salt, and the other spices. Combine the curd cheese with milk, 2 whole eggs, and oil. Knead well on a board with the flour, herbs, and ham until a firm dough forms. Form two sausages, approximately 50 cm long, and intertwine them to form a wreath. Place on a greased and floured baking sheet, brush with egg, and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Place an empty can in the center. Bake at medium heat (180°C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
