Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g flour, rye flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp spice mix for bread or caraway and fennel
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ liter of beer
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and bread spice, then add the beer and beat with a mixer until a medium-firm dough forms. Form rolls with wet hands, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 35 minutes.
