Lightning-fast wholemeal bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 160 g mixed seeds and nuts
  • 2 packets of dry yeast
  • 500 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

The dough is mixed in one minute.

Grease and flour a loaf pan, and line the bottom with baking paper. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour into the prepared pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 65 minutes without preheating.
