Cheesecake without a base "Perfect"

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,000 g layered cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of ready-made mix (cheesecake aid)
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 200 g sugar
  • Margarine, for the mold
  • Breadcrumbs, for the mold
  • 1 jar sour cherries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Drain the cherries. Grease a springform pan with margarine and sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs to a thickness of about 1 mm. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Combine the cheesecake mix, mascarpone, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla pudding powder, and cheesecake improver. Beat the egg whites until stiff and stir in. Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth the top. If desired, lightly press the drained cherries one at a time into the cheesecake mixture. Bake on the bottom rack at 175°C for about 70 minutes.
