Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 spring onions
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 head of white cabbage, large (or savoy cabbage)
- 2 large bell peppers, green
- 1 bunch Celery, or 1 tuber
- 1 cup parsley
- 2 packs of soup (onion soup, instant or instant beef broth)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Feast yourself slim
Place the chopped vegetables in a pot and cook for 10 minutes. Do not completely cover the vegetables with water. Add the instant broth and simmer over low heat. Then season with a little salt, plenty of pepper, curry powder, chili powder, and chopped parsley. I eat this soup 1-2 times a year for about 5 days each time. It’s good for weight loss and detoxifying.
