Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 125 ml white wine vinegar
- 5 g salt
- ¾ tbsp instant vegetable broth
- 125 ml water
- 1 ½ tsp cornstarch
- ½ cup sour cream
- 150 g natural yogurt
- ½ tbsp honey
- 30 g mustard, medium hot
- ½ tbsp dill, dried
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes
Bring the first four ingredients to a boil in a saucepan, then add the cornstarch. Bring back to a boil, then let cool. Once cooled, add the remaining ingredients and season to taste. Store in a shaker, bottle, or jar with a lid in the refrigerator. Shake vigorously before use. This dressing is suitable for all leaf salads.
