Simple pasta salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 jar of remoulade
  • 1 can peas, finely drained
  • 2 chicken fillets, cooked, diced
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled, diced
  • ½ cup broth, instant, cold
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Carefully mix the remoulade with all ingredients and season to taste. Store in the refrigerator and remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
