Toffifee nougat muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g nougat
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 g brown sugar
  • 80 ml oil
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 packs of confectionery (Toffifee)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Melt the nougat in a hot water bath and let it cool slightly. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and hazelnuts. In another bowl, combine the egg, sugar, oil, milk, and nougat. Add the dry ingredients and fold in. Pour half of the batter into 12 muffin tins and place two Toffifee cookies on top of each, then top with the remaining batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
