Spread the love

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 250 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g nuts, mixed
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 500 g yogurt (cream)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Fruit, e.g. banana, apple, pear, nectarine
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the oats, sunflower seeds, nuts, oil, and honey thoroughly and spread on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crispy. Let the muesli cool and store in a dry place. For the sauce, prepare the fruit and chop it up. Mix the creamy yogurt with the honey, then fold in the fruit. Season with lemon juice. This crunchy muesli is always a favorite at brunch, and there’s never any leftovers. It also makes a great gift—leave the sauce and pour the muesli into a pretty glass jar, add a tag, and a ribbon.
