Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 part/s Blue Curaçao
  • 1 part orange liqueur
  • 6 parts Ouzo
  • 16 parts lemonade, chilled
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Aperitif as a short break

Combine the Blue Curacao, orange liqueur, and ouzo in a screw-top jar (to save space in the refrigerator) and chill next to the lemon soda. To serve, add a squeeze of lemon juice to each aperitif glass. Pour the ouzo mixture up to one-third full and finally top up with the lemon soda. A bowl of pistachios goes well with this cocktail. The cocktail has approximately 12% ABV.
