Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 160 g spaghetti
  • 30 g onion(s), finely chopped
  • 15 g butter
  • 120 g smoked pork neck (smoked pork neck), ready to eat, diced
  • 80 g peas, frozen
  • 80 ml vegetable stock
  • 30 g double cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick, tasty spaghetti dish

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt the butter, then sauté the onion and smoked pork. Add the peas, pour in the broth, and stir in the cream cheese and parsley. Simmer briefly and season with pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Drain the spaghetti, add it to the saucepan, and stir gently. Serve the dish in warmed, deep plates, garnished with a sprig of parsley, if desired.
