Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small head of white cabbage
- 2 large red bell peppers, diced
- 4 carrots, diced
- 500 g minced meat
- some oil
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- Herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Cut the cabbage into small strips. Dice the peppers and carrots. Heat a little oil in a large pan and fry the minced meat until crispy. Add the cabbage, peppers, and carrots and cook, covered, for about 40 minutes. Serve with bread.
