Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter or margarine
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 50 g chocolate, finely chopped dark
  • some coconut oil
  • 50 g dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for baking cups, enough for approx. 14 pieces

Preheat the oven to 180 to 190 degrees Celsius. Cream the butter (margarine) until fluffy and gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Stir in the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder and the hazelnuts, alternating with the milk (only use enough milk so that the batter falls easily from the spoon). Finally, stir in the chopped chocolate. Pour the mixture into the baking cups (about 14) and bake in the oven at 180 to 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a pan and sprinkle the cooled cakes with it.
