Chocolate Kiss Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 chocolate kisses (mini chocolate kisses)
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 80 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • 250 g buttermilk
  • n. B. Cream (chocolate cream) for garnishing

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place 12 paper baking cups in the holes of a muffin tin. Halve 6 marshmallows and set aside. Cut the wafers off the remaining marshmallows and chop them into small pieces. Mash the insides of the marshmallows with a fork. Mix the flour with the baking powder, wafer pieces, and baking soda. Beat the egg. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, marshmallows, and buttermilk and mix everything together. Add the flour mixture and stir until the dry ingredients are moistened. Pour the batter into the prepared muffins. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Garnish the cooled muffins with chocolate cream and the halved marshmallows.
