Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 cl coffee, strong
  • 2 cl rum (Jamaica rum, Captain Morgan 40% vol.)
  • 4 cl liqueur (Licor 43)
  • n. B. sugar
  • 1 dashes cream, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 3 minutes

Sweeten the strong coffee to taste, pour into ice cube trays, and freeze. Crush the frozen coffee ice cubes and place them in a tumbler. Add the rum, Licor 43, and finally a splash of cream.
