Egg salad with ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 eggs, hard boiled
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 200 g ham, cooked or raw
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and roughly dice the eggs, chop the tomatoes into small pieces. Finely dice the ham, finely slice the bell peppers, and mix everything together in a bowl. Mix the vinegar with the crème fraîche and mayonnaise and season with spices. Stir in the parsley and pour the sauce over the salad.
