Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g potatoes, diced
- 1 small onion(s), diced
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- ½ liter broth
- 2 processed cheese wedges
- n. B. White wine to taste
- salt and pepper
- chili
- 100 ml cream
- 1 bunch wild garlic, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Boil the potatoes, onion, and garlic in broth until soft, then puree. Melt the cheese in the broth, season with white wine and spices. Stir in the cream and add the finely chopped wild garlic leaves just before serving.
