Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), fresh
  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 apple
  • 1 can of corn
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic, granulated
  • onion(s)
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Vinegar
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the Gouda and pork sausage, apple and peppers into small pieces, mix with the corn, make a dressing with the spices and mix everything together.
