Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking soda
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 120 g yogurt
  • 150 g cherries (jar)
  • 80 ml cherry juice
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tin. Drain the cherries, reserving the juice. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Combine the flour and baking soda in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the butter, sugar, and egg until fluffy. Add the cherry juice, yogurt, and banana puree and stir in. Now add the flour mixture and stir in. Fold in the drained cherries. Pour the batter into the muffin tin. Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
