Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 bag of rice
  • ⅛ liter sweet cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp almond(s) (flaked almonds)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sprinkle the raspberries with 4 tablespoons of sugar and let thaw. Prepare the rice as water rice without salt, drain, and let cool. Whip the cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar and the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form, fold into the rice, and layer it alternately with the fruit in a bowl. Toast the flaked almonds in a pan until golden brown. Sprinkle the dessert with the cooled flaked almonds and serve well chilled.
