Milk noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 70 g pasta
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 50 g raisins
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Add the noodles to the boiling milk and cook slowly over low heat. Add the raisins during the last 5 minutes to allow them to swell. If the soup becomes too thick, add more hot milk. Season to taste with sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, and lemon juice.
