Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes, small, new,
- Margarine for the mold
- 3 tbsp dill, fresh
- 1 can of sardines (sardines in oil)
- 150 ml cream
- possibly salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel and wash the potatoes, halve them, and place them cut-side down in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Puree the sardines in oil, mix with the cream, and pour over the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 220°C for 25 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
