Potato and tuna casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 pack of cream cheese spread
  • broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Aromat

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and slice the potatoes. Then place them in a saucepan with the cream and processed cheese and stir until the cheese has dissolved. Season with salt, pepper, flavorings, and the broth. Scoop out some of the potatoes and place them in a covered casserole dish. Spread a can of tuna on top. Then add another portion of the potatoes and the second can of tuna. Finally, top with the remaining potatoes and the cream sauce. Bake in the oven with the lid closed at 200 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Celsius fan-assisted) for about 1 hour.
