Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g dark chocolate, good quality
- 200 g butter
- 160 g sugar
- 200 g ground almonds
- 4 eggs
- ½ pack of baking powder
Instructions

The chocolate cake – moist, delicious, quick
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or over low heat on the stovetop (stirring constantly). Stir in the sugar, almonds, eggs, and baking powder with a hand mixer. Pour into a greased or parchment-lined springform pan and bake at 160°C for 40 minutes. Test with a skewer if cooked through; cover with aluminum foil if necessary. Dust with powdered sugar. A delicious, quick, and moist cake. Topped with chocolate icing and colorful Smarties, it’s also a favorite at children’s birthday parties.
