Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g butter, soft
- 150 g sugar, fine
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 200 g flour, possibly yellow wheat flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 100 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
super moist and fluffy, for 12 muffins
Beat the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the vanilla sugar and eggs and continue beating until light and creamy. Sift the flour and baking powder together with the salt. Mix everything with the egg, sugar, and butter mixture, then stir in the milk and fill the batter into muffin paper cups in a 12-cup muffin tin. Bake on the middle rack at 150°C (300°F) for about 20-25 minutes. Once cooled, decorate with powdered sugar or another delicious topping—you can let your creativity run wild.
