Spaghetti salad with minced meat

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 kg minced meat, half and half
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti until al dente, let it cool, then transfer it to a large bowl. Add the oil and stir to prevent it from sticking together. Fry the minced meat in a little oil until browned and crumbly, season with salt and pepper, and let it cool. Then add it to the bowl with the spaghetti. Thinly slice the leek, wash it thoroughly, and let it drain. Then add it to the bowl. Season the salad with salt, pepper, and Maggi. A quick tip: It’s best to prepare it a day in advance so everything can marinate properly.
