Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Vegetarian grilled treat

Preheat the charcoal grill. Spread out four large pieces of aluminum foil to wrap the zucchini and lightly brush them with olive oil. Wash the zucchini, make several deep cuts lengthwise, and place them on the foil. Slice the feta and stuff the zucchini into the cuts. Use a fork to enlarge the slits if necessary. Now drizzle with a little olive oil, sprinkle with the mint, and season with pepper. Seal the foil tightly over the stuffed vegetables. Cook the parcels over the glowing charcoal for 30 minutes. Open carefully, as a lot of hot liquid will escape! If desired, you can also prepare the zucchini with mozzarella and parsley.
