Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g raspberries, frozen
  • 250 ml syrup (raspberry syrup)
  • 3 bottles of beer (Hefeweizen naturally cloudy)
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine, semi-dry

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Place the raspberries in a punch bowl and pour in the raspberry syrup. After about 20 minutes, slowly pour in the beer. Be careful! It will foam a lot. Once the foam has settled after about 20 minutes, top up with sparkling wine. Enjoy! Very drinkable, low in alcohol.
