Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ liter of beer
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 pinches of ginger

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Heat half a liter of beer in a lidded pot, then add 4 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 pinch of cinnamon, and 3 pinches of ginger. The mulled beer is ready.
