Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 salmon fillets, frozen, 125 g each
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 pack of puff pastry, from the refrigerated section
- some condensed milk or egg yolk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Thaw the salmon. Roll out the puff pastry and divide it in half. Place a salmon fillet in the center of each half and spread half of the crème fraîche all around. Fold the puff pastry over the top like a parcel and brush the seams and the top with condensed milk or egg yolk. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C/fan. During this time, I cook rice as a side dish and prepare a lemon butter sauce.
