Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1 mango(s), approx. 300 g
  • 1 pineapple (baby)
  • 4 sprigs of mint
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wash, hull, and quarter the strawberries. Peel the mango, cut the flesh into thin slices, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and quarter the pineapple. Remove the core and cut the flesh into thin slices. Pick the mint leaves and cut into strips. Combine the honey and lime juice and mix with the mint and fruit. Marinate for about 5 minutes. Garnish with mint leaves.
