Quark dessert

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 500 g yogurt, 0.1%
  • 1 pack of cream
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • linseed
  • Fruit, as desired
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Spelt
  • eggnog, chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

super delicious

Mix the quark and yogurt. Add 4-5 tablespoons of honey, depending on your taste, and mix well. Gradually stir in the cream. Don’t do it all at once, or it will become too runny. Then refrigerate for at least 1 hour. If you like, you can add fresh strawberries, cherries, peaches, or even chocolate sprinkles, cinnamon, or eggnog at the table. The seeds don’t necessarily have to be mixed into the quark. You can also place them separately on the table, and everyone can choose their own combination. However, spelt needs to be soaked overnight and cooked the next day. (Good for constipation) It’s always a hit. My guests love it, and my children’s classmates always want to join in when we serve this dessert.
