Heat a little oil in a pan, fry the sausages all over, then remove and cut into bite-sized pieces. Meanwhile, peel the cooked potatoes (if you didn’t do this the day before), halve them lengthwise, and cut them into 2 cm cubes. Wash and quarter the apples, and remove the cores. Cut the apple pieces into 2 cm pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice. Peel and roughly dice the onion. Wash the marjoram, shake it dry, and pick off the leaves. Fry the potatoes in the sausage fat until crispy. Remove and set aside. Heat a little more butter in the pan and fry the apples and onion for about 7 minutes. Stir in the potatoes. Season everything with salt, pepper, and marjoram. Finally, stir in the sausage pieces and heat through.
